Hip Kit Club DT | Project Life

Hi everyone!!

Here's another Project Life Spread made with the February Hip kit Club PL Kit!

This month's kit was very colorful and I loved integrating the navy blue to my spread.

Left page:

These alphas are so so fun!!! I loved mixing the colors.

Here I used a journaling sticker found in the Amy tangerine sticker book.

This patterned paper from Amy tangerine is probably my favorite of this month's kit. I love the happy but still subtle colors and the touch of navy blue. I layered a chipboard and a crook heart + a small label from Heidi Swapp and a black foam star.

You might remember that i added money to a pocket using my fuse tool to close the pocket, but before I closed it I added the message I got from my fortune cookie because it seemed fitting with what was happening at that time. Does that sometimes happen to you?? It's not the first time that it happens to me and overtime I find it so creepy... lol

Some stickers, chipboard and enamel dots here and there.

And here a whole lot of stickers to cover an empty and ugly ara of my photo. I might have gone overboard a little.... but oh well. Once a sticker is on a photo, don't mess with it. :)

Here's the business card of the Quirky Nook, the Easy shop where I bought my bracelet. If you love hand made jewelry and great color combos and don,t know the Quirky Nook yet, I urge you to go visit her!!!! Christine is just awesome. She's a great artist and a good soul. Say hi from me. :) Oh and if you end up buying a piece of jewelry, you'll have this beautifl ephemera to add to your PL spread. ha! :)

Right page:

Here again, the dark navy blue was perfect to go with our evening/date night picture. And these minor embellishment.... hmmm. LOVE!

Lots of alphas in the kit to write things that should make a big impact.

I used a speech bubble as a journaling spot.

Here again, the mirror embellishment from Pink Paislee. So precious. Just like my two little girls.

On this card I went all yellow. It makes me happy.

And I finished with a mix of stickers on a gorgeous patterned paper.

Et voilà!

Another spread done! :)

See you soon!!
Marie
