Hi everyone!
December is here!! Did you start your December journal yet? Here is some inspiration coming from my 2009 December Daily album made with the November 2015 December Documented Kit, the November 2015 Main kit and the November 2015 Embellishment kit. (To see all my pages from the beginning, follow THIS LINK to my blog.)
Day 10
Pocket pages are great when it needs to be done fast! And the kits are so full of nice embellishments, it's easy.
There are many labels in the kits and these are great to add details!!
Use the patterned papers to make special journaling cards. Here I took the portion of the patterned paper with the "joy to the world". The pattern is subtle enough to journal on top of it.
Mix and match the embellishments and don,t forget those cute stars hiding with the alphas!!
Don't be afraid to use pictures from previous years to tell your stories...
Day 11
Use the transparencies to your advantage. Here i love that we see the stars shining through the white number acetate.
Day 12
When you put a picture on a pattern paper, cut out the hidden part and reuse it on your page. here i cut out the triangles that were hidden behind my photo and I brought them on top of my page with some foam dots to give dimension.
If you get different kind of embellishments, mix them up. Mix the cardstock die cuts with the rubber stickers for example.
Day 13
This is the small enveloppe that was holding the paperclips. Tie some thread around it and add a small cluster of embellishments and some foiled washi tape.
Stamps are great to add a little something from the era. Every year I buy extra stamps and put them in my album. (This year it's a tribute to Charlie Brown. Don't miss out!)
Christmas cards you receive totally have a place in your album. I added a tag held by a paperclip to explain what the card was about.
That's it for me for today.
I hope I could inspire you a little. Try to embellish your pages a little bit more to make a huge impact!

Everything is looking so pretty
